We currently serve four different communities in Southern Georgia and Tallahassee with more on the way.

If you are looking for a single-family home, duplex, or apartment, we have a home that will fit your needs.

Our properties are affordable, located in great locations, and have an easy rental process. Many of our properties are pet-friendly, allowing you to have your cats or dogs with you. We also offer on-site maintenance staff for most of our properties, allowing us to promptly tend to any unexpected events.
